Headings and Navigation Menus

Our Menu is consistently positioned at the top right side of every page to allow you to quickly navigate to the main sections of the website. Our pages use structured headers to aid legibility.

Links are consistently grey throughout the site and are all underlined on rollover, some are also marked with a + symbol. When a link leads away from The Making web site, a new browser window will open.

Where possible, text has been used instead of images on this website. Navigation page titles and subtitles, links and other elements have all been created using accessible html text.

The size of text on this site can be changed by users of visual browsers. To make text larger or smaller, use the text options in the ‘View’ menu of your browser.

All content images used in this site include descriptive alt attributes. Purely decorative graphics include empty alt attributes.

Visual Styling

Our web site uses Cascading Style Sheets (CSS) for visual layout. If your browser does not support CSS at all, the content of each page is still readable.

All forms follow a logical Tab sequence. Labels are associated with fields using HTML label tags.
